Chama River is an investment firm that provides a micro-cap "buy and build" strategy.  Chama River partners with companies to build better and stronger. We actively target multiple arbitrage opportunities and situations involving capital structure arbitrage In micro-cap investing, such as seller financing arbitrage.

Chama traditionally targets profitable businesses as platform companies with EBITDA of $1.0 million to $7 million and revenue of $2 million to $100.0 million, and add on companies with a minimum revenue of 1 million with no minimum EBITDA.

Characteristics we seek include:

• Dominant and defensible market positions or a clear path to establishing them
